Refund Policy

I aim to provide services that bring real value to your business or learning journey.
However, since my work involves personalized strategies and time-based efforts, I follow a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy.


1. Project-Based Services (Web Development, SEO, etc.)

  • Once a project has started, refunds are not generally provided, as time and resources are already allocated.

  • If you decide to cancel before the project begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or consultation fees.

  • In case of unavoidable delays or issues from my end, I’ll make every effort to resolve them or offer a fair solution.


2. Training & Consultation

  • Fees paid for digital marketing training or consultation sessions are non-refundable once the sessions have started.

  • If you’re unable to attend a scheduled session, you can reschedule (based on availability) by notifying me at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.


3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are to be made as per the discussed agreement before starting the project or training.

  • Any additional work or change in scope may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated before proceeding.


4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments made by mistake

  • Technical issues preventing service delivery

Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
