1. General Information

This website is owned and managed by Irshad, a digital marketing professional based in Kerala, India.
The content and services on this site are provided to inform and assist clients, learners, and visitors interested in digital marketing and website development.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.
You must not:

  • Copy or reuse website content without permission

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the site

  • Use the site to send spam or malicious content

All content – including text, images, and graphics – belongs to me unless stated otherwise.

3. Services

All services offered (like web development, SEO, or training) are customized based on individual project requirements.
Project timelines, costs, and deliverables will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before starting any work.
Any additional work or changes beyond the original scope may result in extra charges.

4. Ownership of Deliverables

Once a project is completed and paid in full, ownership of the final website, design files, and associated deliverables transfers to you, the client.

Until full payment is received, all work-in-progress files, designs, and code remain my property.

This does not include:

  • Third-party themes, plugins, stock images, or licensed assets used in the project, which remain governed by their original license terms.
  • Any pre-existing tools, code snippets, or frameworks I use across multiple projects.

5. Portfolio Use

I may feature completed projects — including screenshots, links, and a brief project description — in my portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes.

If you’d prefer your project not be featured, just let me know in writing before or after project completion, and I’ll leave it out.

6. Payments

  • Payments are to be made as per the agreed terms shared before project commencement.

  • Project work will begin after receiving the initial payment or deposit.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once a project has started, as time and resources are already allocated.

7. Post-Launch Support

Where a service package includes post-launch support (for example, “1 month post-launch support”), this covers fixing bugs or issues directly related to the original scope of work delivered.

It does not cover:

  • New features or design changes not part of the original agreement
  • Issues caused by third-party plugin updates, theme changes, or edits made by you or another developer after handover

Any work outside this scope will be quoted separately.

8. Domain & Hosting

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you (the client) are responsible for renewing your domain name and hosting plan after project delivery. I’m happy to assist with renewals on request, but I’m not responsible for service interruptions caused by an expired domain or hosting plan that wasn’t renewed on time.

9. Limitation of Liability

While I take every effort to ensure the website and services are accurate and reliable,
I’m not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues that may arise from using the website or third-party tools.
You agree that the use of this website is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Termination

I reserve the right to pause or terminate a project if:

  • Payment is not received as agreed
  • A client is unresponsive for an extended period (30+ days), delaying project progress
  • These Terms & Conditions are violated

In such cases, work completed up to that point will be delivered based on payments received, and any applicable refund will follow the Refund Policy.

11. External Links

My website may include links to third-party tools or resources for your convenience.
I’m not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or content of those external websites.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including text, images, graphics, and logos – is my intellectual property unless credited otherwise.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of it without written permission.

13. Force Majeure

I won’t be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control — including but not limited to internet outages, platform downtime (WordPress/Shopify/hosting providers), natural events, or other unavoidable disruptions. I’ll communicate any such delays as soon as possible and work toward a fair resolution.

14. Updates to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect new practices or legal requirements.
The updated version will always be available on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms, and any policies referenced alongside them, are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or my services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
